Version 0.2

I added some stuff that make game more of a game.

• Added Title Screen
• Added "iframes" to player upon getting hit
• Limited max lives to 3
• Added ability to control volume
• Made Life Gems give 10 points if you collect them when you have all 3 lives
• Changed some sounds that fit the game better
• Changed controls to [SPACE BAR] to bounce the ball
